MY APPROACH
ADHD coaching that goes deeper than productivity hacks.
Most ADHD coaching focuses on tactics: better routines, stronger systems, productivity tools. There's a place for that. But if you've tried planners, apps, and time-blocking and they haven't stuck, the issue isn't your willpower, it's that the strategies weren't built for how your brain actually works.
My approach starts with understanding your nervous system and the patterns running underneath the surface. We look at the beliefs about yourself that have been shaped by years of feeling "not enough," and how those beliefs quietly shape every system you try to build.
Then we rebuild, not by forcing yourself into a neurotypical mould, but by working with your ADHD brain. That means rewiring the beliefs that keep you stuck, regulating your emotional responses, and building real strategies that fit you.
After 15 years working with ADHD, from specialist teaching to clinical settings, I've learned that sustainable change happens when you stop trying to "fix" your brain and start understanding it. You don't need more willpower. You need a framework built for you.

My Journey
A note: this section briefly mentions suicide. If you'd rather skip ahead, jump to the challenges section.
For years, I masked my ADHD. I thought I just had to try harder, push more, be more disciplined. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together always achieving, always holding it down. But inside, I was running on fumes. I kept burning out, feeling broken, and never living the life I actually wanted.
At 28, I hit a breaking point. After years of high-functioning chaos, people-pleasing, and relentless self-criticism, I experienced severe clinical burnout that led me to attempt suicide. I genuinely believed I had tried everything and still couldn’t “get it right.” It felt like I was drowning in a life I’d built by accident.
Here’s the wild part: I’d been working in ADHD and neurodiversity since I was 18 years old. I started out as a special needs teacher and have spent over 15 years helping young people and adults with ADHD and ASD navigate their challenges. I built my entire career around this work.
But I was so deep in supporting everyone else that I missed my own stuckness. I ignored the signs in me. I knew all the strategies, I could name the symptoms, yet I couldn’t see that I was living in constant survival mode. And I certainly couldn’t admit that my own brain needed a different kind of support.
I spent so long looking for answers in the wrong places, productivity hacks, colour-coded planners, wellness trends that promised clarity but delivered guilt. None of it stuck. Because none of it was built for me.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to "fix" myself and started understanding how my ADHD brain actuallyworks. I learned to work with my nervous system, not against it. I stopped chasing the version of success that was never mine to begin with and started creating a version that felt aligned.
That’s why I do this work now. Because no one should have to hit rock bottom just to feel seen, supported, and capable. You’re not broken. You don’t need to be more like everyone else, you need a way of living, working, and showing up that’s built for you.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you create, Ready?
You've done a lot of reading if you've got this far, give your self a little break, drink a glass of water ad come back..
